ἄνθος ; Ánthos

by Clarissa Magnani

You open light;

yet darkness sinks in

Pebbles of memory could not scream the sin

It echoes through pain

It won’t leave my skin

Pebbles of memory could not heal my Sinn

Shelves of sanity covered in dust

There is no room for the mad;

yet I travel dimensions

There once was an orange butterfly resting

On an orange flower

She needn’t any contrast

For she doesn’t know what contrast is

I open light;

and darkness sinks in

But don’t mind me,

Just come in.
